Recipients should not use email content for personal gain or to harm Enertex, its customers, partners, or associates.
Confidentiality and Sensitive Information

Emails marked as “Confidential” or containing sensitive information must be handled with the utmost care and discretion.

Recipients should not forward or share confidential or sensitive email content with unauthorized individuals.

Confidential or sensitive information should be securely stored, and access should be restricted to individuals with a legitimate need to know.
Email Security

Recipients should implement appropriate security measures to protect their email accounts, such as using strong passwords and enabling multi-factor authentication.

If a suspicious email is received from an Enertex employee or representative, recipients should contact the sender to verify its authenticity before opening any attachments or clicking on any links.

Recipients should promptly report any suspected security incidents or data breaches involving Enertex email content to our IT department at care@enertex.in or to a designated contact person.
Professional Conduct and Communication

Recipients should maintain a professional and respectful tone in all email correspondence with Enertex employees, contractors, or representatives.

Offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory language or content is strictly prohibited in email communications with Enertex.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance

In the event of any legal or regulatory requirements that impact the handling of Enertex emails, recipients should promptly inform Enertex and cooperate as necessary.

All email messages sent from Enertex, including attachments, may contain confidential information intended only for the individual(s) to whom the message is addressed. If you have received an email in error, please notify the sender by reply email and delete it from your system. You must not distribute or copy the email or its contents.
