Email Policy for Recipients

The policy is designed to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of information shared via email, while promoting professional and respectful communication.

This policy applies to all external recipients of emails sent by Enertex employees, contractors, or representatives.

III. Policy Guidelines

Appropriate Use of Email Content

  1. Emails received from Enertex should be used solely for their intended purpose and in accordance with any provided instructions or agreements.

  2. Unauthorized disclosure, distribution, or use of information contained in emails from Enertex is strictly prohibited.

  3. Recipients should not use email content for personal gain or to harm Enertex, its customers, partners, or associates.

Confidentiality and Sensitive Information

  1. Emails marked as “Confidential” or containing sensitive information must be handled with the utmost care and discretion.

  2. Recipients should not forward or share confidential or sensitive email content with unauthorized individuals.

  3. Confidential or sensitive information should be securely stored, and access should be restricted to individuals with a legitimate need to know.

Email Security

  1. Recipients should implement appropriate security measures to protect their email accounts, such as using strong passwords and enabling multi-factor authentication.

  2. If a suspicious email is received from an Enertex employee or representative, recipients should contact the sender to verify its authenticity before opening any attachments or clicking on any links.

  3. Recipients should promptly report any suspected security incidents or data breaches involving Enertex email content to our IT department at care@enertex.in or to a designated contact person.

Professional Conduct and Communication

  1. Recipients should maintain a professional and respectful tone in all email correspondence with Enertex employees, contractors, or representatives.

  2. Offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory language or content is strictly prohibited in email communications with Enertex.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance

  1. Recipients should ensure that their handling and usage of emails received from Enertex comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual agreements.

  2. In the event of any legal or regulatory requirements that impact the handling of Enertex emails, recipients should promptly inform Enertex and cooperate as necessary.

  3. All email messages sent from Enertex, including attachments, may contain confidential information intended only for the individual(s) to whom the message is addressed. If you have received an email in error, please notify the sender by reply email and delete it from your system. You must not distribute or copy the email or its contents.

  4. Any views or opinions presented in these email messages are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of Enertex or its affiliates. No employee or agent is authorized to conclude any binding agreement on behalf of Enertex via email. Enertex accepts no liability for the content of the email, nor for the consequences of any actions taken based on the information provided, unless confirmed by Enertex in writing.

  5. Recipients should check emails and any attachments for viruses. Enertex accepts no liability for any damage caused by viruses transmitted by any email message or attachments.

IV. Policy Review

This policy may be reviewed and updated as necessary by Enertex in consultation with relevant stakeholders. Changes to the policy will be communicated to recipients via notification on our website in a timely manner.
